- Conducts audit per agent on a daily basis.
- Submits End of Shift Report.
- Attends Weekly Business Reviews with Campaign TL/OM/Client.
- Holds calibration sessions with the assigned team/campaign.
- Conducts side by side monitoring.
- Performs coaching sessions with agent/s and TL.
- Generates weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate quality issues immediately to management.
- Isolates and reports defect; verify defect fixes.
- Acts as front line support to buffer volume.
- Other duties may be assigned, which may include helping others in the same or different departments, under supervision.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education: At least 2-years in college, Bachelor of Science or Arts preferred.
- Work experience: Minimum of 1-year experience as Quality Analyst or at least 6-months related experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Online tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
