Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Deliver and meet target top-line metrics in HORECA channel - national level (Revenue, Gross margin, Active Users)
- Manage commercial cost in HORECA channel level
- Lead commercial team, more focus on HORECA (all type) channel
- Strategize the right go to market strategy, set right salesman persona that meet ideal customer persona
- Coordinate with stakeholders well, maintain communication and collaborative actions
- Supervise and maintain end to end commercial process-excellence
- Do training and development program for commercial team
Trình độ tối thiểu
Must have:
- Very concrete in telling initiatives or action (more into hands-on leader that also execute)
- Data-driven
- Must have startups with (at least) same size or even smaller size of Tanihub, so this person can adapt on changes - growth mindset
- Must have leading team of HORECA experience
- Can join as soon as W1 April 2022
- Have very wide network on HORECA key player and direct stakeholders; (chef community, purchasing network, etc)
Nice to have:
- >5 years experience in leading team of Horeca
- Agritech background

TaniHub wants to be the First Choice in delivering agriculture products from farms to market with affordable price, efficient sourcing, and reliable supply chain. The aim is to bring forward Indonesia by giving market access to as many farmers as possible. By building and growing an integrated agriculture marketplace, the technology will benefit significantly to the growth of agriculture ecosystem in Indonesia.
