- To Create creative strategies to booze the sales achievement
- To Handle the B2B offline sales, do the hard-selling sales
- To Achieve the monthly sales target
- To Maintain the team and make sure they achive the target as well
- To develop sales team/subordinates
- To maintain the clients and make sure they re-order to increase sales
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min.7 Years of experience in offline sales and marketing position, experience as manager Min. 4 years
- Has experience to handle and delegate responsibilites to team as sales manager
- Proven history of creating effective offline sales & marketing programs
- Experience in managing successful performance marketing campaigns
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
- Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment
- Ability to think out of the box (creative problem solving)
- Great communication skills using English is a must
- Willing to be placed at Semarang
