Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintain Xero files for the UK and US entities
- Obtain supporting documentation for all receipts and payments
- Code all transactions in Xero
- Prepare journals entries as required
- Raise invoices to charge EPI Assist with payroll for the US and UK entities, including onboarding of new employees as required
- Assist with statutory lodgements for the UK and US entities
- Treasury and banking tasks for the UK and US entities
- Monitor cash flows for the UK and US entities and ensure sufficient funds held to meet expenses
- Manage accounts payable and arrange for suppliers to be paid as required
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the US and UK entities
- Prepare and implement processes for the UK and US entities
- Provide an initial contact point for UK and US entity employees regarding finance matters Attend to ad hoc tasks as required for US and UK entities
- Assist with EPI Capital Pty Ltd and Tanda Financial issues as required
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software user
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- A degree in Accounting or relevant field
- CPA Required
