- Lead customers to success in using Tanda and appreciate it's value to their organisation.
- Help new customers set up their account and assist by providing specific product information, service and solutions, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Deliver exceptional level of support to customers, analysing and solving complaints promptly and correctly.
- Identify issues and manage customer expectations to see trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with department concerned in tracking and resolving technical issues.
- Work on other projects from time to time to improve existing Tanda processes.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a College graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident, self-drive and can get along well with people
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
