Recruitment Specialist  

As the Recruitment Specialist, most of your involvement will be with Recruitment activities and general Talent Engagement. Ideal candidates will focus on candidate sourcing, college recruiting, onboarding, marketing material and social media efforts.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%)

• Talent Recruitment & Strategy
• Perform recruitment tasks for Talino, its portfolio startups and affiliated companies
• Design and implement a standard hiring process
• Design and implement a new hire onboarding plan for Talino, its portfolio startups and affiliated companies
• End-to-end recruiting and onboarding operations, including candidate sourcing, role description development, CV screening, interview scheduling and background screening (Tech and non tech roles)
• Create, execute and manage a multi-channel recruiting strategy (Online, Social, Employee Referral and Campus)
• Support in crafting job descriptions, offer letter and contract generation
• Create G Suite /ClickUp creation for new hires
• New hire catch up
• University Relations - Develop internship opportunities and/or co-op experiences. Work with management to develop a program that adds value to the company as well as value to the intern.

Community and Events Recruitment

• Liaise with DEVCON and facilitate sourcing candidates in DEVCON-led events
• Identify and support in events in which Talino participates, such as conferences, job fairs, etc

People operations (30%)

• Maintain and update employee database
• Conduct and assist employee orientations as needed
• Develop programs to maximize employee engagement, retention, and growth
• Champion the People & Culture team through its different engagement programs and platforms
• Conduct offboarding process for employees leaving the organization
• Provide support to any of the other People & Culture functions as necessary and in line with business requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Linkedin and Kalibrr
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
