- Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objectives, input data, processes and output requirements with the technical/software development team and key business users.
- Able to transform business or project requirements and workflow information into programs.
- Arranges project requirements into programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Creating or modifying programs and documents based on Monocrete standards.
- Identifies all areas to be tested in the program.
- Confirms program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes.
- Prepares program references such as: Systems Manual, Technical Manual, and Operations Manual.
- Adheres to proper configuration management by maintaining historical records of technical manuals and documenting program development and revisions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Microsoft.NET, Sun Certified Java Programmer
- 3-5 years of IT experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design, Programming
- Software Development Fundamentals, Software Algorithms, Software Design and Documentation, Software Debugging, Software Performance Tuning, Software Testing
- Advanced Programming Skills, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Attention to detail
- Programming Languages: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C#, Visual Basic.NET), Structured Query Language (SQL), HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
- Technology/Frameworks:JSP, Servlets, JDBC, ODBC, XML, web services
- Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase
- Desktop Publishing and Office Applications: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Access), Microsoft Visio.
