Sales Supervisor  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source location (highly populated) that will match the brand positioning and the target market.
• Identificaiton of qualified direct retailers (Dealers) who will be appointed as “exclusive” distributor of the brand. Build and sustain good working relationship to direct FMCG Retailers
• Create effective presentation template customized to direct Retailers and Cascade and execute brand launch . Manage achievement of volume and distribution targets.
• maximize engagement with merchandise (picture of success) and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist Sales Head in leading, directing and motivating the direct FMCG Retailers in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives as well as implementing the sales strategies and plans
• Implement several sales qualiry activities which will generate sales among direct FMCG Retailers
• Address customer complaints related to product or services sales

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education; Level of Experience:

• Graduate of any four-year business or marketing course
• At least 2 years experience related experience, experience may substitute for education up to two (2) years

Skills, Traits and Competencies:

• Must have a strong sense of leadership skills
• Best knowledge about “sales function” esp handling FMCG retailers
• Knowledge of sales/marketing techniques and principles,
• Knowledge of inventory control and delivery logistics.
• Excellent in oral and written communication.
• Proficient in using computers and related software applications. (Macbook/Adobe Photoshop)
• Efficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing.
• Able to handle conflict and uncertain situations.
• Excellent Skill in data analysis and problem-solving,
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
• Ability to quickly recognize and analyze irregular events.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with employees and the public.
