Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures for all Group of Companies
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget and evaluation program.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Performing benefits administration
- Overseeing selection and recruitment efforts
- Overseeing new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and exit interviews
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance, in all areas of HR of the Group of Companies.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Master the art of Recruitment especially for hard-to-find technical positions.

winning “CD Projekt Red’s Witcher 3: The Blood and Wine.”
