Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, business process and the utilization of resources
- Analyzing productivity for each function to prepare Manpower Planning
- Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel
- Deliver recommendation of strategic plan based on analyse root cause for achieving organizational goals to HC & Support Head Division
- Deliver change management program to support and implement new initiatives to HC & Support Head Division
- Deliver recommendation of performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational growth to HC & Support Head Division
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Bachelor Degreet at Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any related majors;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Having strong knowledge in vision business sense & strong strategic thinking
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good at dealing with people;
- Having min. 1 years of experience in Organization Development, Business Process, Performance Management
