- Manages day-to-day client search marketing and paid advertising initiatives across multiple partners (Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.) including planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of SEM campaigns.
- Sets-up new client advertising accounts and campaigns integrating Conversion Tracking, Call Tracking and Analytics.
- Identifies and reports on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
- Drives continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the management team.
- Assists SEM team with keyword lists, traffic estimates and SEM proposals for local client markets.
- Grows and optimizes our Google AdWords strategies through ongoing testing of ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, ad extensions, etc.
- Becomes a certified "product expert" in all AdWords products and paid media channels used by clients. Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, keyword research, and recommend options for SEM growth and customer success.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1 - 2 years of experience managing PPC and other performance-based online marketing programs.
- Knowledge on 3rd party SEM platforms, tracking tools, bid management systems, and keyword development tools are advantages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to analyze data from the following:
- Search engines
- Web analytics
- Internal data
- Make actionable decisions and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of the following:online marketing venues, strategies, and best practices.
- Results-oriented, collaborative work style.
- Preferred Technical Skills:
- Google AdWords Certification
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel
