Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • The candidate is responsible for all POS-related processes, procedures, day-to-day activities and schedules and performance monitoring of the team in technical support of applications. Responsible for ensuring the application administration processes adhere to company policies.
  • Oversee the Applications Support team including all aspects of trouble ticket management.
  • Liaise with other application vendors to trace the root cause of problems.
  • Performs personnel administration for the department; performance evaluations and staff development.
  • Participate in managing and streamlining processes that support code migrations, environment set-ups, change requests, automation and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinates and monitor incidents and change requests addressed to Application Team, for consistent turnaround and quality.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals for team, consistent with the company’s goals.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Must possess a University/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline with good academic records from schools with reputable CS/IT programs.
  • At least 4 years of proven ability in doing application support or project management with minimum of 2 years experience in handling a team.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and negotiations skills.
  • Flexibility in working days/swing shift as necessary to oversee 24 x 7 operations.
  • Experienced in developing procedures and standards
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to come up with solutions for service-related issues affecting internal customers and/or team members
  • Accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects
  • Exposure to trouble ticketing systems and experience in handling multi-vendor tickets – an advantage
  • Point-of-Sales systems knowledge - a plus
