- Develops and implements strategies as well as business and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Builds sales teams by recruiting appropriate sales people.
- Develops sales management teams.
- Identifies potential sales leaders and provide appropriate development interventions to prepare them for sales leadership roles.
- Develops and improves productivity of sales teams by working with teams in the diagnosis of problems, sales strategy, and tactics.
- Manages agency productivity by driving the implementation of segmentation plan and various retention programs.
- Manages the performance and development of sales people in a sales team.
- Conducts regular performance evaluation/validation with field managers.
- Applies appropriate action to ensure sales teams reach sales, persistency, and agency count targets.
- Builds and maintains robust working relationships with the Sales Agency force.
- Implements established field practices and standards.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a University degree in Business Management or Administration.
- 10 years in Sales.
- At least 8 years of which in insurance sales environment.
- Strong Sales Training background preferably from insurance market.
- In-depth understanding of sales within the insurance industry, sales trends, and new product development.
- Full understanding and knowledge of sales techniques and tools and how to apply them appropriately, e.g., consultative selling, value-added selling.
- Expert in the conduct and management of effective agency meetings.
