The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and growing StraightArrow's clients' social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. Other responsibilities include social media listening, curating content for posting plans, scheduling & monitoring posts, and reporting.
- Achieve social media goals set by the Client & StraightArrow's marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Client & StraightArrow's creative teams to strategize, develop and implement marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
- Responsible for curating and developing content across owned and earned social channels.
- Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
- Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Conceptualizes and runs paid ad campaigns to support the marketing and business objectives of the Client
- May be assigned to perform other related duties from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in social media management
- Social media-savvy with experience creating social media content for the major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube)
- Must have experience conceptualizing, setting up, and optimizing ads, as well as creating reports for paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Preferably with experience on social media analytics
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
