- Implements the entire Information Security information security infrastructure, IT processes, and controls of the company in compliance with IT SEC standards
- Develops, publish, and maintains comprehensive information security standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Proposes, recommends and implements latest trends and programs in IT security
- Responsible for preventing outbreaks and new attack vectors.
- Ensures best practice control objectives for system and information integrity, availability, confidentiality, accountability, auditability, and assurance within the context of the Company's risk tolerance and policies.
- Conducts and develops information security awareness and training materials
- Conducts Security Code Reviews
- Responsible for planning.., coordinate, and implement security measures for IT systems to regulate access to computer data files and prevent unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information.
- Responsible for ITSec documentation, incident response, and incident investigations.
- Responsible for appropriate analysis, remediation, and remediation management for security related matters.
- Serve as an internal security subject matter expert while interfacing with applicable departments, groups, and individuals on relevant security initiatives and concerns.
- Mentor and train others to help develop personnel and ensure cross training for better coverage.
- Works with the different groups to ensure performance, functionality, and compliance as it relates to internal security IT SLAs, policies and procedures.
- Performs Information/IT Security vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Experience working in Agile Setup
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excitement and passion for team work (We’re cool; we hope you are too!)
- Capability to work under extreme pressure
- Self-learning skills
- Understands software, technology platforms and operating systems (e.g. RDBMS, NoSQL, API, UNIX/ Linux, Active Directory Services, Apache/Nginx, Git, Shell Scripting).
- Understands IT, security and network infrastructure (e.g. various network & routing protocols, application of IP protocols, LANs, WANs, and related security protocols, cloud computing, network security components, monitoring, and operations )
- Familiar with ITSec tools: Network IPS, Logging and event correlation/SIEM, File Integrity Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanning, Patching, and network scanning.
- At least 3 years actual experience in IT Security
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Formal security training and certifications is a plus
- Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
