Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assemble, review and verify incoming invoices in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records.
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing AP aging monthly reports.
- Continuously improves the AP process.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Strong understanding of finance & accounting theory
- 1 years+ accounting/finance/tax experience
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
