Job Description
- Memimpin tim Field Activator (tim sales lapangan) untuk mencapai target penjualan harian, bulanan, dan tahunan
- Monitoring dan koordinasi tim Field Activator terkait aktivitas harian sales
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim Field Activator
- Memberikan pelatihan di lapangan terkait aktivitas sales kepada tim Field Activator
Trình độ tối thiểu
Minimum Qualifications
- Maksimal usia 40 tahun
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang sales dan berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim dan komunikasi yang baik
- Minimal S1 - semua jurusan
- Memiliki kemampuan Ms Office yang baik
