Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- As a People Operations, you'll help in Strategic Human Resource Planning to build and structure teams to scale
- You'll work directly with all the heads and leads for strategic manpower planning, talent acquisition & employer branding, solve their human resource needs
- Build and scale our team to 100+, 200+, 300+ with top A-players then build and define HR processes that will allow us to scale.
- Listen to and understand what is keeping the team happy and unhappy
- Then, work with the team to push through initiatives
- Maintain a healthy retention rate and multiply our cultures
- Co-create performance management systems that will maintain a culture of top performance
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Proven 3 years of experience in People Operations especially early startups
- Attention to Details
- High initiative and able to multitask
- Mature and self motivated
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Google suites and Ms.Office
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, operation, supply chain and IT is a plus
