HR Recruitment Associate | Remote  

Job Summary:

As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will utilize various sourcing strategies and tools, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
• Prepare interview materials (candidate scorecard) and assist with the development of interview questions.
• Assist in creating engaging job postings and compelling content for various recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics for management review.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 5 years of proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles.
• Experience with JazzHR and/or other ATS platforms.
• Experience with Onlinejobs, LinkedIn, and other similar job posting sites.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates in both the Philippine and US markets is preferred. Experience with other overseas markets (e.g., Latin America, Europe) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
