Job Summary:

Your expertise in paid media will be pivotal in helping us expand our brand presence and drive conversions through strategic online advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
• Platform Expertise: Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
• Budget Management: Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
• A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad performance and landing page effectiveness.
• Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to enhance search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign optimizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, preferred
• Atleast 3 years experience in planning and managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
• Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
