Country Manager  

Area of Responsibility:

• As Country Manager, you are responsible for sales targets and marketing activities in the country
• In your managerial role, you are responsible for all the employees in the Philippine business unit
• You ensure the financial viability of the business activity (EBIT and sales in the country)
• You are responsible for business operations and devote yourself to planning and forecasting in coordination with the ITVT Group
• You act within the framework of the ITVT strategy and set up effective and efficient investment planning in the cross-departmental areas

Job Requirements:

Background

• Completed a bachelor’s business administration or related field
• Master’s degree holder in sales, finance, or related field is preferred
• Comprehensive financial knowledge
• At least 10 years of experience in the B2B environment as well as in the field of management
• Experience in the Microsoft environment is an advantage
• Experience in contract management & sales required
