- Work in a 24x7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment in shifts.
- Provide analysis and trending of security log data from several security devices.
- Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms an actionable incident.
- Provide threat and vulnerability analysis services.
- Analyze and respond to unkown or previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities.
- Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
- Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Security, a related field, or an alternatively equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
- Strong background with vulnerability management, log analysis.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Security/Network Administrator or SOC Analyst.
- Strong understanding of technical security solutions (firewalls and intrusion detection / prevention systems).
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition abilities.
- Strong understanding of the following:
- TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and security applications and devices.
- Vulnerability management.
- Basic cyber-intelligence techniques
- IT operations:
- Help desk
- End-point management
- Server management
- Knowledge of common and standard internet protocols and applications.
- Understanding of security operations concepts such as perimeter defense, endpoint management, data leak prevention, kill chain analysis, and security metrics.
