Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles property plant, equipment and facility upkeep.
- Monitors compliance to standard operating procedures, policies and deliverables.
- Ensures the functionality of all office equipment and the physical in workplace.
- Supervise all general and preventive maintenance; ensures the compliance to Health and Safety Standards.
- Provides support in monitoring of on-going new build- outs and site Rehabilitation.
- Attends weekly calls on seat planning and supervises Handyman.
- Monitors and keeps track of electricity and water consumption.
- Responds to request for the office equipment set-up (LCD projector, screen, chairs, Videocon, etc.).
- Coordinates with building administration regarding concerns on building facilities and maintenance.
- Liaises with the appropriate government agencies to comply with requirements (PEZA, Municipal Government, CDC, etc.).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree and a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Licensed engineer.
- Knowledgeable in basic civil and structural building construction, interior and exterior.
- Background in designing and computing of Electrical and Mechanical plans.
- Know how to evaluate vendor preventive maintenance report.
- Basic project management skills.
- Can work extended or flexible hours.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
