Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receive from Legal and Documentation department request for liquidation with the following attachment
- Endorsement to transfer title
- Certificate of title
- Summary of expenses incurred in the transfer of title with supporting and other documents and receipts.
- Letter to the buyer informing the transfer and how to claim the title.
- Extract from SAP to excel files the customer ledger details and compare with the list in Step 1 to determine excess or short on advance registration charges (ARC). “No Refund is Allow for ARC”.
- Prepare Journal Entries
- Return to Legal and documentation department approved Journal voucher together with the liquidation request and letter.
- Receive a copy of approved Journal Entry and liquidation summary for accounting tax file.
- Project Output:
- Liquidation of Buyer’s Advance Registration Charges (ARC) with verified letter advice to the buyer how to claim the title.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Accountancy graduate
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
