- Participate in formulating the operational plan based on budget preparation guidelines.
- Plan and ensure the efficient budget and resource utilization for the unit.
- Plan Housekeeper's daily activities to ensure smooth operations on the work area which includes the preparation of provisions to implement special project work of housekeeper's to properly address housekeeping concerns on a daily basis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Administration.
- At least one (1) year supervisory Experience either in hotel and/or hospital housekeeping operation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate effectively with different customers or patients, medical, and non-medical associates in the organization.
- Able to handle polishers, vacuum cleaner, and other housekeeping cleaning equipment with sufficient knowledge in supervisory and waste management.
- Creative and artistic.
