Marketing Executive

You will be working in the HR tech industry and be responsible for breathing life to the campaigns to engage & educate job seekers in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Organize Social Media Accounts and Calendar
• Produce creative content for Social Media and Email Marketing
• Organize and Attend Offline and Online Events
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct, digital marketing and campaigns
• Communicate with the target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Track Paid & Organic Marketing Performance
• Monitor and Report on Competitor performance

Qualifications / Skills:

• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Resourceful and Customer-focused
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage our target audiences

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
• Knowledgeable in using commercial accounts for Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube)
• Experience with Insider, Zoho, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics a plus
• Proven working experience in offline and digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Demonstrable experience managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
