MrSpeedy Philippines is looking for Customer Support Specialists!

Job Description

The person shall be responsible for proper coordination between clients, courier partners, and the head office.

In addition, he/she will be responsible for monitoring on-going orders, booking client orders, and assigning courier partners.

Responsibilities

Operational

• Responsible in ensuring the completion of Orders;
• Handle client and courier partner delivery concerns;
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Administrative

• Provides data/analysis needed for reporting;
• Updates reports on a daily basis.

Ad Hoc Assignments

• Perform other duties as may be assigned

​Requirements

• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Good English written and oral communication skills, phone communication will be in English and Filipino.
• Has own Laptop/Equipment
• Has stable internet Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
