- Manages the movement of all secured items inside the vault. Performs inventory management and reporting to clients.
- Manages the cards and all secure items inside the vault.
- Ensure that all movements (withdraw, pullout, return, replace, relocate) are all documented and recorded.
- Ensure that all activities inside the vault always perform in dual control.
- Ensure that only the required products stated on the JOB ORDER should be accommodated accordingly.
- Ensure that correct card and quantity are to be provided to production operators prior card perso.
- Perform card destruction base on customer's SLA.
- Ensure that card destruction are performed under dual control process and activity should be recorded properly.
- Support the quality control program for all customer's requirements and ensure that proper production procedures are strictly followed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Computer literate (MS Windows and Office);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, resourceful and self-motivated;
- Analytic and ability to work in fast-face and dynamic environment;
- Team player and can work with minimum supervision;
- Can render overtime work as needed arises;
- Can work on revolving shift schedules.
