Head of Operations  

Reporting to CEO, you will oversee inter-branch operations. As the Head of Operations, you are responsible in ensuring that Payo operations in provincial branches are running smoothly. You are expected to look into and resolve any issues with our suppliers, partners, and employees under these branches. The position requires strong leadership skills and will be involved in making important policy and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating logistics, warehouse and transportation activities as well as planning for logistics activities for our provincial branches
• Manages the growth and success of the team
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• As a key member of the management team, you will be accountable for ensuring the overall operational efficiency of the branches

To succeed in this role, you must show an exceptional level of Logistics/Supply Chain Operations and eCommerce knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma or degree in any relevant field of study
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related industry
• Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure
