- Executes performance and reliability tests according to plan and in a timely manner.
- Supports PnR and SQC test execution including sample preparation, electrical tests, visual inspection, data gathering, sample archiving.
- Prepares test reports.
- Provides updates on the status of tests.
- Performs basic failure analysis procedures as advised by FA/REL engineer/technician.
- Prepares basic failure analysis reports.
- Provides updates on the status of tests.
- Provides support in performing preventive maintenance of FA/REL equipment.
- Maintains, controls, and/or retrieves all related files/documents/reports.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree (minimum of two years) preferably technology/engineering related.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position and must be able to work with some of the following equipment:
- SEM/EDX
- High Power Microscopes
- Lapping/Cross-section
- XRAY imaging
- Chemical handling
- Electrical testers
- Climactic Chambers
- Mechanical testers
- Knowledge in Quality Control structure and operation
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft windows and office
- Executes performance and reliability tests according to plan and in a timely manner.
- Performs basic failure analysis procedures and reports
- Knowledge and Competencies in:
- Soldering
- Interpretation/understanding device drawing/specification
- Reliability stress tests
- Measuring parts, and use of basic measure equipment.
- With experience in leading a team
