Global Sales Manager  

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and train your team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and grow our global market
• Be able to explain trading techniques including Fundamental & Technical Analysis to provide general advice to customers and your sales team
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and develop a motivating bonus compensation scheme
• Oversee the activities and performance of your sales team and report accordingly
• Coordinate with marketing, and product development to optimize the efficiency and quality of the product and user experience
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product(s)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Forex trading related activities
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target.
• Passionate to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
• Ability to provide exceptional and consistent customer service
• Able to work under strict deadlines, defined targets and under pressure
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Knowledge in Stocks and Forex / CFD trading is a plus
• Experience in Marketing is a plus
