The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts, maximizing sales opportunities with them and managing the implementation of projects and other post-sales activities.

  • Play an integral role in new business generation and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new accounts.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing accounts by acquiring a thorough understanding of an account’s needs and requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and business case for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Resolve any issues and complaints raised by the account.
  • You will act as the key interface between the account and all relevant divisions internally.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Committed and goal oriented individual, have a positive can-do attitude, be a calm and patient individual who is able to accommodate difficult consumers, work comfortably in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment, be highly adaptable to change, and demonstrate composure under stress and uncertainty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be in a position to convey even the most complex information in simple and clear language and in a manner that is convincing. Use communication skills to facilitate smooth and efficient collaborative initiatives.
  • Must be analytical and able to perform competitive analysis. The candidate must demonstrate ability to process raw information and data and translate it into actionable insights such as new sales opportunities and strategies. A suitable candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis, being able to identify profitable sales opportunities and the development of financially viable long-term strategies.
  • Proficiency in Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel
