Marketing & Promotions Coordinator  

Job Objectives

• To assist E-Commerce Marketing Team in the execution of marketing initiatives on all digital platforms

Duties & Responsibilities

General/Audit Department

• Assist in ensuring that all online operational procedures and guidelines are executed and implemented

Warehouse Operations

• Ensures accuracy of the Online Price list for promo activation in the POS system
• Monitor count and inventory of promotional items in store vs the system

Merchandise Department/Vendor Relations

• Approaching Potential vendors based on Sales
• Inform and Update marketing calendar campaigns
• Liaise and strengthen relationships with buyers and vendors in terms of exclusive collaboration proposals

Marketing Agencies

• Provide a timeline for the Launch of Campaigns
• Coordination in distributing marketing and promotional material per store

E-commerce Department

• Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
• Arrange formal documentation
• Closely monitoring the calendar for all marketing campaigns
• Invoice & Budget utilization monitoring
• Do a competitive analysis of online promotion from other vendors/ online platforms
• Liaise between internal division to execute in-house promotions and other special online campaigns
• Identify insights and upcoming digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends
• Assist in Implementing the digital marketing plan of the company and timeline
• Quantify and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Manages project budget efficiently
• Providing inputs and being knowledgeable on Designs for marketing collateral such as product layout, banners, gifs, product category posters, product information design, enhancement of the packaging design, infographics, merchandising design, illustrations to communicate critical messages, promotional and advertising materials that conform to company’s standard
• Assists in product encoding and uploading, product photoshoot and livestream across all digital platforms

• Degree level in Advertising/Marketing/Communication/Business or related field
• 1 to 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing or related industry
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Must be willing to work on early hours, on weekends, and in shifting schedule
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge in Basic Photography and Video editing is a plus
• Must be good in English language to articulate contents effectively and engagingly for caption of posting
• Experience in online marketing campaigns, Google analytic, SEO and website optimization technique is a plus
• Can report to work onsite in Sucat, Parañaque (temporarily), and in BGC, Taguig
