The Customer Solutions Officer is a Wireless Center frontline and acts a Smart ambassador. Other main tasks are as follows:
- Oversee end-to-end requests of subscribers.
- Handle recording of sales transactions, forecasting, and managing of stocks.
- Engage the customers by responding to their concerns and requests.
