Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plan & develop strategy to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing
- Oversee the appropriateness of responses to emergency & customer concerns
- Follow thru on all theft cases for final disposition & action
- Resolve first-level complaints regarding overall security staff & services in the branch
- Review incident / suspect profile, merchandise loss / damage post-activity reports, & update preventive security measures in the branch
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
