The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for Dyson to achieve defined business KPIs.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of all ground events, promotions, and stunts for the business/brand. e.g product launches, store openings
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Work closely with third-party agencies for influencer marketing; coordinate product pull-out from store to PR/influencer agency.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Create and plan digital marketing strategies for product launch/ campaigns, brand awareness, events, and promotions for online with consideration of online to offline push

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in retail/trade marketing.

  • Experience in handling premium brands is a huge advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

The first model was called “BEACH”
