Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement strategies focusing on increasing cards, mobile and digital payments.
- Interprets performance data as basis for planning sales initiative and promotions.
- Manages and motivates team to achieve Division KPIs.
- Handles presentation of group's initiatives to higher management and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business course or equivalent courses
- At least 3 years' Marketing experience preferably with digital marketing
Key Qualifications:
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others
