Finance Associate  

The Finance Associate based in Lipa will provide sufficient support to Finance Account Manager (FAM) and Financial Account Analyst to ensure efficient and effective service is extended to the regional system/s handled.

Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance to FAM group in accomplishing Financial Report Templates and submits deliverables accurately and within the agreed timelines.
• Receives and records all requests received from Division handled
• Effective tracking of documents endorsed to FAM and ensure timely resolution of concerns handled.
• Prepares and submits transmittal reports.
• Serves as a point person in tracking the status of payable documents.
• Assists in the routing of the contracts, MOAs or Deal Memos of the Division
• Facilitates spot audit review on petty cash funds handled by the division.
• Responsible for the processing of requisition of Finance forms, supplies and other items as necessary.
• Provides assistance in policy routing and tracking of related documents depending on the requirements of the Divisions handled.
• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the management from time to time.

• Must be Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• With a minimum of 1 year experience in comptrollership department
• Has good knowledge in terms of General Accounting procedures and must be proficient in MS Excel
• Can manage a high volume of work and numerous requests from management
