Product Manager  

The Product Manager will work with the Consumer Broadband Head in the overall management of assigned portfolio broadband products and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing, development and analysis of assigned KPIs and identifying key business issues that require consumer product initiatives
• Over-seeing the timely approval, execution and monitoring of identified product initiatives in coordination with key functional groups
• Partnering with Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager/s and other key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, ad agencies) for product and brand support requirements
• Championing product campaigns that create awareness, interest, trial and brand usage.
  • Customer insighting to be able to develop relevant campaigns.
  • Work with other internal and external groups for the program implementation.
  • Introduction of new, creative ideas of communicating to rise above the clutter and establish interest.
  • Oversee timely, complete and flawless execution of campaigns
  • Analyze plans and recommend improvements, as necessary to meet objectives

• • Monitoring and analysis of management reports (KPIs – Revenue, Acqui, Usage or Churn) as well as assigned A&P budget
  • Other items, as may be needed

• Ensuring consistency of plans and programs on a national scale despite challenges in the implementation.
• Development of subordinate/s to become an effective contributor to the team, if applicable
• Development, implementation, monitoring and analysis of other special projects that may be assigned.

• A Graduate of a four-year business, economics or communication arts course
• With atleast 5 years product management work experience in a reputable FMCG, Telco or Service company
• Must have strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Has exposure to advertising and promo experience/background an advantage
• Must be creative with excellent communication and writing skills
• Must be flexible, agile to the ever-changing market and business need
