Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manages the section's inventory of equipment , office supplies, and all other training materials by ensuring that stocks are available and stored accordingly.
- Coordinates with respective the training and OD supervisions in identifying needed materials and files request on a monthly basis
- Maintain and updates the list of suppliers e.g. for meals, plaques, shirt, etc. that may be needed for the training or programs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- An associate level or a Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proficiency in MS Office or GSuite application
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably with technical knowledge on the sound system set up
- Good organizational and records management skills
- Preferably with basic to good photography skills for documentation
- Self-driven, proactive, team player and can work independently
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
