- Assist Sr. Paralegal in attending to Company officers & employees request for issuance and preparation of documents.
- Assist in drafting and preparation of pleadings for submission within the time period.
- Maintains organized case records.
- Assists external counsel in their requirements for documents and identification of witnesses
- Attends admin hearings and prepares documents witnesses necessary for the conduct of such hearings.
- Provides prompt assistance to Corporate legal with other miscellaneous matters
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Law Office
- Liaising before government offices such as SEC/BIR/NWRB
- Preferably completed law curriculum; underbar
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
