Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in atimely manner
- Assists in the preparation and processing of accounts payables
- In-charge of outgoing payments in cash and through banks
- Records and monitors expense receipts
- Daily entry of transaction data in the accounting software
- Research, track and restore accounting documentation problems and discrepancies
- Function in accordance wih establish procedures based on regulatory compliance
- Perform any government compliance as needed
- Must be open to do other tasks as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 1 year experience in accounting and clerical work
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Banking/ Finance /Accountancy, Business Management or any related course
- VERY IMPORTANT: meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in / knowledge of accounting, bank transactions and government processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership skills, with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of diverse business processes, office management procedures, and departmental and legal policies
- Genuine interest in / knowledge of sustainability and the environment
- Able to function independently without constant supervision
- Takes Initiative
- Willing to help in other aspects of the business
- Proficiency in MS Office and techsavvy to existing operations software
