Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage daily warehouse operations that include but is not limited to directing manufacturing quantities, inventory management and personell time allocations;
- Manage daily store operations that include but is not limited to: day-end reports and encoding, inventory and e-commerce and bulk fulfillment;
- Monitor and analyze operations movement to allow improvement of the system as a whole;
- Work closely with manager on demand projection and translate this to order quantities for suppliers;
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries;
- Other tasks that may be related to store and warehouse operations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferrably with 1 year experience in similar fields
- Genuine interest in / knowledge of operational effectiveness and operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Strong leadership skills, with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of diverse business processes, office management procedures, and departmental and legal policies
- Genuine interest in / knowledge of sustainability and the environment
- Able to function independently without constant supervision
- Takes Initiative
- Willing to help in other aspects of the business
- Proficiency in MS Office and techsavvy to existing operations software
