- Responsible in creating/updating google sheets like trackers, catalogs and modules
- Generate SKUS for monthly discounts/Sale
- Sending automated emails regarding memos, internal and to clients.
- Checks price monitoring sheets
- Create purchase order requests
- Organize files and check product images and descriptions
- Research vendors and negotiate the best price
- Communicate with suppliers local and abroad
- Prepare inventory cost summary
- Compile records of receipts, invoices and sales order.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
