Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To plan, forecast, and execute paid marketing activities to achieve growth targets (budgeting)
- Deep analysis on every performance from campaigns, channel, content, and ad assets level, and bring insights to get the most optimal results (social media and marketplaces)
- Master all relevant metrics to campaign and ensure campaigns have been always relevant to the product and market
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for continuous improvement
- Support business development teams to develop meaningful product and pitch strategies, from time to time
- Responsible for handling KOL projects with related teams
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors.
- Min 1 - 2 years of working experience in B2B & B2C Digital Marketing with the same role is preferred
- Min of 5 years of experience in B2B & B2C as senior digital marketing
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry or e-commerce/ startup is preferred
- Experience in leading teams and monitoring their performance
- Excellent knowledge and experience in online marketing tools, e-commerce website builders, social media ads, and best practice
- Analytical thinking, creative and problem solver
- Proficient in the use of CRM and the ability to create targets and sales activity plans
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Proficient in written and spoken in the English language
