Shroff Travel focuses on having fulfilled and happy employees. This enables us to provide the best service to our customers.
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that will manage our learning, organizational development and HR initiatives for Shroff Travel. The person will work directly with the company directors to spearhead strategic people initiatives in shaping the company's vision.
We are looking for someone who has a positive-spirit, enjoys working with different people and teams, effective project manager, and with utmost integrity. The person has to imbibe certain values integral to Shroff Travel such as innovation, integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
Qualifications of the HR Manager would be at least a College Graduat and at least 3 years experience in HR/ Learning/ Organization Development. Applicant should know essential knowledge about Organization Development and Learning to be considered for this post.
