Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct four-eyes analysis principle and provide recommendations for credit decisions on credit applications in accordance with applicable authorities and regulations.
- Manage and implement ways to reduce barriers in work process, improve team development, or improve work methods.
- Conduct a review analysis of each loan application (new loan applications including additional loans, loan extensions, credit restructuring, and proposed changes to the credit structure for loans that have been granted).
- Ensuring the validation of credit review analysis data in working papers
- Conduct credit review analysis and provide conclusions from credit review analysis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in economics/management/law
- Minimum of 4 (four) years experience in banking or financial services
- Deep understanding in BI, OJK & other banking business units regulation
- Good communication and negotiation skills with high intergrity personality
- Understanding in accountant, law and banking regulations matters
- Understanding/experienced in litigation and credit services
