Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide day to day operation to maintain and manage the Content Management System (CMS)
- Reviewing content against the Shopee standards and guideline in every change or request made by the merchant
- Finding the best solutions and solving all the problems that merchant facing
- Assist the content leader
- Make regular reports
- Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine CMS effectiveness or usability
- Recommend improvements for the CMS
- Support the Sales, Merchant Care and related division in the entire group
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 1 year experience in the content administration
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with an administrative platform
- Familiar with Google Drive (sheet, docs, slides)
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of the regular report would be a plus
