Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor logistic transactions of the platform on a daily basis
- Design effective and cost efficient transport initiatives
- Manage all logistics channels, handle logistics-related records, reports and contracts
- Work with the Customer Support teams to handle user inquiries and troubleshooting of logistics-related issues
- Document logistic processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement
- Develop new logistic channels
- Act as the focal point of contact with the technical team for logistics channel integrations
- Handle key accounts of the company
- May require to travel and visit the warehouse
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain management or Industrial Engineering, Degree holder preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in order logistics - transport / project coordination / ecommerce operations
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Driven and motivated
