- Monitoring of Crew training and development programs, documents, and certificates.
- Coordination with Crewing Officer on rotation plans.
- Preparation of Employment Contracts and Training Agreements.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must have at least 1 year significant working experience
- Preferably in a local shipping or international manning company
